This condition caused severe lower back pain radiating to the legs, limiting her mobility and quality of life. They were joined by Dr. Jos\u00e9 Dagond, a Colombian specialist with outstanding experience in this type of surgical approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How was this new procedure performed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using advanced technology from Maxmore Spine, a company internationally recognised for its innovation in equipment and implants for endoscopic surgery, the team reached the affected area through a small incision of less than one centimetre. With the patient under local anaesthesia and light sedation, an endoscopic camera was inserted, allowing the hernia to be removed precisely without collateral damage to nearby tissue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What are the advantages for the patient?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This procedure marks a new stage in the surgical treatment of spinal conditions in the Dominican Republic.
