The Minister of Health, Dr Rafael S\u00e1nchez C\u00e1rdenas, will open the congress, and international guests will include Dr Elsie Koh, chief medical information officer at Azura Vascular Care; Jim Rogers, senior director at Silverline; Ronda Rogers, director of population health &amp; consumer engagement at Geneia; and Arturo Aceves-Serrano, director of international market development and communications at Philadelphia International Medicine.<\/p>\n<p>Amelia Reyes Mora, president of AF Comunicaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica, an agency specialising in health and health tourism communication and coordinator of the event, said it is an ideal setting for sharing, keeping up to date, building knowledge networks and exchanging good practices. She thanked the media partners and sponsors and the institutions that have endorsed the congress.<\/p>\n<p>Strategic topics to support transformation will be addressed, such as Change Management: without a change of mindset there is no change in the system, by Julio Zelaya, an authority on change management.<\/p>\n<p>Luis Alberto Rodr\u00edguez, general director of the Diabetes, Obesity and Specialties Medical Centre (CEMDOE) and AFFINIS, will speak on Precision Health.
