The team looked after me so well from the moment I booked, and when I arrived I was so impressed I thought I was abroad,&#8221; she explains.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-6741 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/afcomunicacion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/CEMD6903GREG-300x200.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"317\" height=\"211\" srcset=\"https:\/\/afcomunicacion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/CEMD6903GREG-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/afcomunicacion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/CEMD6903GREG-1024x683.png 1024w, https:\/\/afcomunicacion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/CEMD6903GREG-768x512.png 768w, https:\/\/afcomunicacion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/CEMD6903GREG.png 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 317px) 100vw, 317px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) notes that patient experience covers all the interactions a patient has with the healthcare system, such as getting timely appointments, easy access to information and good communication with service providers, as well as how they are treated by medical and hospital staff.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">In our country, the comprehensive care model focused on the safety, quality and experience of patients and their families has underpinned care at the <span style=\"color: #99cc00\"><strong>Diabetes, Obesity and Specialties Medical Centre (CEMDOE<\/strong><\/span>) during its first year of service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">Referring to its first year of service, <strong>Gast\u00f3n Gabin, CEO of <span style=\"color: #99cc00\">CEMDOE<\/span>,<\/strong> said: &#8220;Under a standardised, patient-centred model, we aim to be a local and regional benchmark.
