As part of these efforts, <strong><mark style=\"color:#fc8932\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DiDi <\/mark><\/strong>will make more than 2,000 Security Cameras available to drivers in Mexico City who meet certain requirements, allowing everything that happens during trips to be recorded<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;At <strong><mark style=\"color:#fc8932\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DiDi <\/mark><\/strong>we seek to standardise efforts and bring innovations to every country where the app is available. Currently, all trip requests arranged through the app are monitored by artificial intelligence models that work 24\/7, and 99.9% end without any reported incident, so we will keep working so that everyone who uses the app can do so with peace of mind,&#8221; said Pablo Lamuraglia, <mark style=\"color:#fc8932\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Head of Safety<\/mark> for <strong><mark style=\"color:#fc8932\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DiDi Spanish-speaking America<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">According to a study conducted by <strong><mark style=\"color:#fc8932\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DiDi<\/mark><\/strong> this year, to feel safe, riders mainly value the background and identity check tool, as well as courtesy and vehicle cleanliness. Staff are 49% women, and include older people and people with motor disabilities, to increase diversity and open up jobs to as many people as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-funciones-de-seguridad-y-modelos-de-inteligencia-artificial\"><strong>Safety features and artificial intelligence models<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">To prevent and minimise risks for the community, <strong><mark style=\"color:#fc8932\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DiDi <\/mark><\/strong>has an international safety framework that includes more than 20 tools for before, during and after the trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"color:#fc8932\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DiDi<\/mark><\/strong> recognises that many of the advances in this ecosystem would not be possible without the partnerships formed with various public and private bodies, such as <strong><mark style=\"color:#fc8932\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Dominican Watchman<\/mark><\/strong> in the Dominican Republic, making it the only app to offer private security response patrol support, available 24\/7, to provide on-site assistance if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, <strong><mark style=\"color:#fc8932\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DiDi<\/mark><\/strong> has developed more than 8 artificial intelligence models across the region that operate 24\/7 as a preventive measure to minimise risks. The models fall into two broad categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><mark style=\"color:#fc8932\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Route analysis: <\/mark><\/strong>These establish a trip&#8217;s risk level based on multiple variables such as time, area, pick-up point and destination, and account history. If an anomaly is detected, additional official identification is requested from riders and drivers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><mark style=\"color:#fc8932\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Profile analysis: <\/mark><\/strong>These scan all registered accounts and, for example through facial recognition systems, detect whether an account was previously suspended for breaching the terms and conditions, especially on safety matters, and prevent that person from requesting a trip through the app again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>New Security Cameras<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"color:#fc8932\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DiDi <\/mark><\/strong>becomes a pioneer by offering more than 2,000 security cameras in Mexico City. They are equipped with night vision, audio recording and a physical panic button that can be pressed in the event of an incident, connecting directly to <strong><mark style=\"color:#fc8932\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DiDi&#8217;s<\/mark><\/strong> <mark style=\"color:#fc8932\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Emergency Centre<\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">No one will have access to the recordings unless a safety report is filed, and they will only be shared as evidence if there is an official request from the competent authorities.
