Constant training and upskilling of human resources is required, as well as the development of and investment in modern infrastructure and technology. It is also essential to address compensation and incentives,&#8221; <strong><mark style=\"color:#006499\" class=\"has-inline-color\">says Vidal<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">He adds that the cultural change needed to learn new technologies, together with technical and motivational aspects within organisations, is one of the major challenges to achieving digital transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">COVID-19 became an accelerator for technology adoption and also highlighted the need for digital transformation in health.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Trust is a factor of the utmost importance, because technologies must be adopted by people: staff, customers and patients. We know that people love what they know, so we must make a major communication effort to raise awareness of the benefits and advantages of using these new technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Patients&nbsp;<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Just as it is important for medical staff, pharmacists, insurers and others involved to be trained in the use of technology, it is also important for patients. <mark style=\"color:#006499\"
