The system was unveiled at a formal event attended by leaders from <strong><mark style=\"color:#0b5d8c\" class=\"has-inline-color\">IBM <\/mark><\/strong>and <strong><mark style=\"color:#138c00\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Cleveland Clinic<\/mark><\/strong>; Susan Monarez, Ph.D., Deputy Director of the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H); Congresswoman Shontel Brown (OH-11); Ohio Lieutenant Governor Jon Husted; and Cleveland Mayor Justin M. Bibb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"color:#0b5d8c\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Quantum computing<\/mark><\/strong> is an emerging technology that harnesses the laws of quantum mechanics to solve problems that today&#8217;s most powerful supercomputers practically cannot.
