It has been a great build day, a special day, and we are happy to keep adding impact to <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Habitat for Humanity<\/mark><\/strong> and <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">FICEM&#8217;s<\/mark><\/strong> regional 100,000 Floors to Play On initiative. We thank everyone who has supported our organisation for so many years; we continue to move forward and involve women, volunteers, companies and individuals so that more families become part of our vision of everyone having a decent place to live. In this second edition in the country, <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Habitat Dominicana<\/mark><\/strong> aims to hold a build brigade with only women volunteers every year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/afcomunicacion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Screenshot-2023-06-06-101053.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8092\" width=\"181\" height=\"167\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">About Women Build<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Since 1991, <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Habitat<\/mark><\/strong> <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">for Humanity<\/mark><\/strong><em> <\/em><strong><em><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">Women Build<\/mark><\/em><\/strong> volunteers have come together to build stronger, safer communities around the world. The brigade gives women the opportunity to take a proactive step to serve their communities and build strength, stability and self-reliance together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Women from the United States, India, Mexico, Paraguay and Canada have taken part around the world, and the Dominican Republic is now in its second edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Any woman who wants to learn how to build a house or a home improvement is invited to join us in this activity. No previous experience is needed. Volunteers work under the guidance of construction professionals and alongside other volunteers and future <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Habitat for Humanity<\/mark><\/strong> homeowners.
