we still have many challenges and a long way to go,&#8221; said Dr. S\u00e1nchez Navarro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">At the event, held at the <strong><mark style=\"color:#09810f\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Hodelpa Gran Almirante Convention Centre in Santiago<\/mark><\/strong> and also attended by Jos\u00e9 Clase, a member of the <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">HOMS Board of Directors<\/mark><\/strong>, they highlighted that <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">HOMS&#8217;
