This recognition reflects our focus on our caregivers, 76 per cent of whom are women.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"color:#0b5d8c\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Forbes partnered with Statista,<\/mark><\/strong> <mark style=\"color:#138c00\" class=\"has-inline-color\">a market research firm, to survey more than 60,000 Americans working for companies with at least 1,000 employees.<\/mark> <strong><mark style=\"color:#0b5d8c\" class=\"has-inline-color\">According to Forbes,<\/mark><\/strong> approximately 40,000 women were asked to rate their company&#8217;s work environment, pay and employee diversity, and whether they would recommend their company to a friend or family member. Their answers were also compared with those of 20,000 men to assess any significant differences in how the work environment is perceived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"color:#0b5d8c\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Forbes<\/mark><\/strong> also noted that women were asked to rate their employer on factors such as pay equity, parental leave policies, leadership training programmes for women, the representation of women in management and the employer&#8217;s response to incidents of discrimination.
