This factor is so important that it cannot be put off, he says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"color:#176c87\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Second,<\/mark><\/strong> adopt international technical standards and protocols that make it easier for players in the sector to connect, enabling much-needed technology implementations<\/mark><\/strong> with hospital information systems, personal health records and hospital population management, interoperability is needed in the health sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">The common thread in this complex framework is achieved with two major components: electronic records capable of interoperating, and international interoperability protocols and languages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"color:#176c87\" class=\"has-inline-color\">In this regard, Vidal points out:<\/mark><\/strong> &#8220;For effective communication between several people, they must identify and use a method of communication and have a common language or a translator, and digital health systems must follow this same example.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">In a digital world, it is critical for a <strong><mark style=\"color:#17885e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">health tourism <\/mark><\/strong>patient to connect securely with all the providers and players involved in their care,
