{"id":12981,"date":"2024-04-12T13:43:39","date_gmt":"2024-04-12T17:43:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afcomunicacion.com\/uncategorized\/digital-health-expert-fedor-vidal-takes-part-in-the-himss-global-conference\/"},"modified":"2024-04-12T13:43:39","modified_gmt":"2024-04-12T17:43:39","slug":"digital-health-expert-fedor-vidal-takes-part-in-the-himss-global-conference","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afcomunicacion.com\/en\/press-room\/digital-health-expert-fedor-vidal-takes-part-in-the-himss-global-conference\/","title":{"rendered":"Digital health expert Fedor Vidal takes part in the HIMSS global conference"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Dominican specialist Fedor Vidal, CEO of Arium Salud Digital, has taken part in this gathering on cutting-edge health technologies for more than a decade.<\/em><\/li>\n\n<li><em>More than 35,000 professionals from the digital health ecosystem attended the event.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Santo Domingo, March 2024.-<\/strong> The leading U.S. community dedicated to improving <mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><strong>health<\/strong><\/mark> through information technology, the <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), <\/mark><\/strong>held its flagship event,<strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"> HIMSS Global Health Conference &amp; Exhibition 2024,<\/mark><\/strong> with more than 500 speakers, where<strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"> technology and health<\/mark><\/strong> topics were discussed and every component of the sector came together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As in previous years, <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Arium Salud Digital,<\/mark><\/strong> a leader in providing digital services and tools for the health sector, played a significant role: for the second year running it sponsored the <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">HIMSS Latin America <\/mark><\/strong>executive dinner, where it was responsible for speaking about regional integration in<strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"> LATAM.<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fedor Vidal, <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">CEO of Arium Salud Digital, <\/mark><\/strong>noted that he has taken part in the <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">HIMSS Global Health Conference &amp; Exhibition<\/mark><\/strong> for more than two decades, this being his 18th time. <em>&#8220;In previous years we have taken part as exhibitors, and we are also part of various focus groups on digitalisation worldwide.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He explained that, given the importance of these events, <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Arium Salud Digital<\/mark><\/strong> is focused on continuing to sponsor most of the<strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"> HIMSS<\/mark><\/strong> conferences held in <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">LATAM.<\/mark><\/strong> <em>&#8220;Last year we attended three, and this year we will have the opportunity to be at seven HIMSS events.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Part of the growth of this landmark event is due to the significant impact it has been having in Latin America with similar conferences in the region, as well as in different countries on each continent where it operates. <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">HIMSS has a presence in North America, Europe, the United Kingdom and Asia Pacific.<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He highlighted that the event, held in Orlando, Florida, had a <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">very full academic agenda, where more than 35,000 professionals from the digital health ecosystem interacted,<\/mark><\/strong> along with healthcare providers, developers, payers, health and regulatory authorities, and bioinformatics and cybersecurity experts.
