This event strengthens our commitment to medical excellence and to the growth of health tourism,&#8221; said Dr Alejandro Cambiaso, president of ADTS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For her part, Amelia Reyes Mora, president of AF Comunicaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica and vice president of ADTS, highlighted the importance of continuing to strengthen international accreditations and the country&#8217;s standing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;To strengthen our country brand, it is essential to keep driving innovation, encourage strategic partnerships and guarantee the best experience for international patients.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In its last two editions, the congress brought together more than 800 participants and featured around 70 speakers from countries such as Canada, Costa Rica, the United States, India, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Puerto Rico, Panama, Spain and Colombia, as well as several Caribbean islands, with the backing of more than 110 sponsors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strategic partners and sponsors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The institutions backing the event include the Ministry of Public Health, the Ministry of Tourism, Banco Popular Dominicano, Uni\u00f3n M\u00e9dica del Norte, Hospital Metropolitano de Santiago (HOMS), Laboratorios Referencia, Bancos BHD, Casa de Campo, HDCO Group, The Point Punta Cana, Mass General Brigham, Larimar City &amp; Resort, Banreservas, Seguros&nbsp; Reservas, IntraCare Center, Arium Salud Digital, M\u00e9dico Express, Ureval, Instituto Espaillat Cabral, Grupo Rescue, Koneksi, Laboratorios Amadita, Cl\u00ednica Abreu, Cap Cana, Wellmed, JMMB,&nbsp; Global M\u00e9dica, Advanced Asset Management, Primma Valores, Banco Caribe, Mall\u00e9n, Meta \u00cdntegra, CEMDOE, Skytel, Humano Seguros, Grupo SID, Arajet, Cedimat, Banco Central and New York Plebysterian, among many other leading companies and institutions in the health, hospitality, insurance, banking, infrastructure and technology sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event also has the endorsement of key bodies such as the American Chamber of Commerce of the Dominican Republic (AMCHAMDR), the Association of Hotels and Tourism of the Dominican Republic (Asonahores), the Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), the Superintendency of the Securities Market (SIMV) and the Dominican Institute for Quality (Indocal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Media support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The organisers stressed that the congress&#8217;s growth would not be possible without the continuous support of the media.
