Promerica executives reported that with the appointment of its new Executive President, the institution is launching into a new stage of sustainable growth, supported as it always has been, due to the solvency, innovation and know-how of Grupo Promerica, one of the most important financial groups in Latin America, as well as the experience and local knowledge of the team of executives and collaborators of Banco Promerica Dominican Republic. With this designation, Grupo Promerica ratifies its commitment to continue expanding and developing in the Dominican Republic.
Likewise, it relaunches its intention to reach a leading position in the Dominican market, as it has done in each of the other countries where it operates, through a business model focused on offering long-term financial solutions for its local and regional clients, in a dynamic, accessible and close way, based on a relationship of mutual trust.
“In his successful professional career, Carlos Julio Camilo has worked in important management positions in the areas of Risks, Business, Treasury and Finance of local banks, in addition to having worked as a structuring of financial products in London, United Kingdom,” they gave Meet the executives.
Mr. Camilo is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from the Economics Institute of the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo (INTEC), with an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a Master in Applied Macroeconomics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
On the other hand, Hampton Castillo Landry will occupy the position of regional representative with a seat in the Dominican Republic of the Promerica Financial Corporation Group (PFC), holding of the Promerica Group, remaining as a Member of the Board of Directors.
