Meeting to be held for healthcare leaders

Cleveland Clinic executives will share the institution’s vision and strategies and how they implement its successful patient-centred organisational culture.

 

Weston, FL, USA.- On 5 and 6 March, Cleveland Clinic Florida will hold its Executive Visitors’ Program, where through lectures, panel discussions and mentoring sessions on organisational growth, participants will explore critical, current issues in the global healthcare industry.

 

At this gathering designed for global healthcare executives, Cleveland Clinic leaders will share the institution’s vision and strategies and its patient-centred organisational culture. They will also present how they maintain their distinguishing metrics and how they foster and build a culture in which every employee is empowered and expected to make improvements every day.

 

Executive Visitors Program participants will learn best practices in leadership development in the industry, population health, building successful teams, information technology, the employment model, quality and patient safety, among other topics that have positioned Cleveland Clinic as a world-class centre of excellence.

 

In this comprehensive programme, which will take place on Cleveland Clinic’s campus in Weston, Florida, attendees will be able to interact and network with Cleveland Clinic executives and other global colleagues in dedicated networking spaces.

 

Attendees will have the opportunity to get to know a leading healthcare institution in depth, guided by leaders from different areas such as Kristine Adams, MSN, CNP, Associate Chief Nursing Officer, Care Management and Ambulatory Services; Wael Barsoum, MD, Chief Executive Officer & President, Cleveland Clinic Florida; and Ivan Blanco, Executive Director, Marketing & Business Development.
