FRUIT LOGISTICA is the most important international trade fair in the fresh fruit and vegetable sector, which every year brings together more than 3,200 exhibiting companies and more than 78,000 professional visitors from 130 countries.
Santo Domingo, October.- During a cocktail held in Cava Alta, the Dominican-German Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, presented the details of the FRUIT LOGISTICA 2019 trade show, the most important international event of the fruit and vegetable sector to be held in Berlin, Germany.
Frauke Pfaff, executive director of the German-German Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, reported that the next edition of FRUIT LOGISTICA will be held from February 6 to 8, 2019, in Berlin, Germany, and the entire value chain will be represented from production to marketing, including the entire auxiliary industry in this sector.
The launch was attended by the new ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, in the Dominican Republic, Dr. Volker Pellet, and the general manager of TURINTER, Alejandro Alonso, who shared the facilities that participants will have to travel to FRUIT LOGISTICA.
This fair has become the meeting point for importers and exporters, fruit and vegetable producers, wholesalers and retailers, packaging, shipping, and transport companies, providing a complete overview of all the news, products and services in the sector.
As reported, the deadline to register is until October 29, 2018.
“It is important that the Dominican Republic participate in Fruit Logistica because they are producers and exporters of products such as mango, avocado, but also vegetables, and that is the largest place internationally to present, position, do business, expand and increase their exports, to everyone, ”said Frauke Pfaff.
Pfaff said that this is the third time in which the Dominican Republic will participate, “in 2019 we go big with 130 meters of the stand, all the participants who have gone want to return because a quick result has been demonstrated”.
