Banco Promerica opens branch on 27 de Febrero Avenue – El Vergel

- Banco Promerica opened its tenth branch in the country, on 27 de Febrero Avenue in El Vergel.
To strengthen its presence in the Dominican market and extend its reach, Banco Promerica is opening a branch in El Vergel, from which a service and business team will operate and which will house its Private Banking and Investments offices, to keep providing close, efficient service to its customers.

At the opening, Carlos Julio Camilo, executive president of Banco Promerica, said that “with the opening of its tenth office in the country, the bank seeks to build relationship banking with the customer at the centre, anticipating their needs by being agile and close, with an innovative value proposition as a competitive advantage”.
Marielyn Portorreal, senior vice-president of Personal Banking, added that “the new branch, at 224 27 de Febrero Avenue, corner of Calle La Fronda, will open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm and on Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm. It will have a drive-through, an ATM, an accessible teller window for people with disabilities and a self-service station, which includes a computer and a phone to contact the Customer Interaction Centre (CIC), print account statements and register or activate users on our Digital Banking”.
“Customers will be served by trained staff, a team that offers support and personalised attention. They will also have a conference room, plenty of parking, including priority and motorcycle spaces, and a recycling collection point,” the executive added.
