PepsiCo Dominican Republic named a Top Employer for the first time

- PepsiCo Dominican Republic has been recognised as a Top Employer for the first year, putting its associates at the centre of its operations.
Santo Domingo.- For PepsiCo, the most important thing is to put people at the centre of its operations and give them the tools to shine, allowing them to own their careers and their future, while each leader supports them closely, encouraging open dialogue and building a great team that moves forward together towards shared goals.
“Being certified as a Top Employer for the first time makes me very proud. The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on their participation in and results from its HR Best Practices Survey (HR Best Practices Survey). The survey covers six domains made up of 20 topics, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity and inclusion, well-being and more.

The programme has certified and recognised more than 2,300 Top Employers in 121 countries/regions across five continents.
