U.S. News & World Report names Cleveland Clinic one of the nation’s best hospitals for 2026-2027

• Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital was also ranked number 1 in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale metropolitan area.

WESTON, FLORIDA: Cleveland Clinic has once again been recognised nationally as one of the best hospitals in the United States, according to the Best Hospitals 2026-2027 rankings by U.S. News & World Report. For 36 consecutive years, Cleveland Clinic has been included on the Best Hospitals Honor Roll, a distinction awarded to only 20 hospitals across the country.

The renowned publication U.S. News & World Report also ranked Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital fourth among hospitals in Florida and first in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale metropolitan area, and recognised it as “high performing” in 20 procedures and conditions.

The hospital also ranked second in Florida and first in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale metropolitan area in cardiology and heart and vascular surgery, and sixth statewide and fifth in the metropolitan area in orthopaedics.

The following programmes also received national recognition, with gastroenterology and GI surgery rising to No. 17 after placing No. 30 in 2025:

• Gastroenterology and GI surgery

• Pulmonology and lung surgery

• Cardiology and heart and vascular surgery

• Geriatrics

• Neurology and neurosurgery

On the Treasure Coast, Cleveland Clinic Martin South Hospital, Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital, Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital and Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital tied at No. 21 in the Florida state rankings. In addition, Cleveland Clinic Martin South Hospital, Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital and Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital were rated “high performing” in nine adult procedures and conditions, while Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital was rated “high performing” in ten procedures and conditions.
